“The doctor should see the person as a whole, not just the illness” – this quote from the Greek physician and teacher Hippocrates means motivation, inspiration, drive and challenge to me all at the same time.

I am a physician and scientist by vocation: Through my valuable experience in clinical research, my passionate interest in innovative therapies, the importance of continuing medical education, and regular professional exchange and networking at conferences, I want to ensure that my patients benefit from high-quality internal and general medical care. I am a doctor by heart: For me, successful patient care never means the mere diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, but rather placing the patient as an individual with their own needs and experiences at the center of my medical practice. My strength lies in integrating biographical anamnesis and incorporating our increasingly complex social context. My overarching goal is always to enable patient-centered, individualized, and holistic care as well as an empathetic, open, and trusting doctor-patient relationship.

From the Rhineland to the Rhine-Main region – Professional milestones: I completed my medical studies at the University of Cologne with the support of scholarships from two organizations that promote gifted students. Following this, I earned my doctorate (magna cum laude) in experimental research on neural stem cells under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dr. Rueger. My subsequent specialist training took me to, among other places, the academic teaching hospital of RWTH Aachen University, the Düren Municipal Hospital, and the Erftstadt Hospital. The Maria Pesch Foundation of the University of Cologne, which supports exceptionally high-achieving students, and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's program for gifted students provided me with valuable opportunities for international and national networking and interaction with young scientists, as well as a broader perspective beyond the confines of medicine. My acceptance into the Cologne Savings Bank's Academy for Gifted Students was also enriching.

Since May 2025, I have been a specialist in internal medicine and a board-certified general practitioner in Frankfurt and am available to you as a family doctor with my expertise as part of the MAIN MEDIC∙ALL team.
